TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES AND DELIVERY
All orders are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Australian Orders
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. All orders are sent via Australia Post. Please note: if you are not at home when delivery arrives it is up to the discretion of Australia Post if they leave the delivery at your door. You may consider another delivery address, for example, work.
International Orders
Please email gina@ginaandmay.com to discuss delivery options and fees, prior to submitting credit card details for payment online.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds but happily exchange if you contact us within two days of receipt of your order. The customer must pay for the postage to return the goods. They must also pay for postage of the exchanged goods, in advance of them being resent.
Damaged Goods
If your goods have been damaged in transit, please advise us by email or phone within two days of receipt of your order. We will resend the same item/ s with no additional charge for postage.
1 Year Frame Guarantee
The umbrellas are guaranteed for 1 year against frame defects that develop with normal use. Guarantee does not include damage resulting from misuse, lack of appropriate care or accidents. Please return your umbrella, along with your receipt to:

Postage and handling
Postage and handling costs are highest for NT, TAS and WA due to their distance to GINA & MAY’s base in Sydney, NSW.
